Erica would have to be deaf, blind, and dumb to not appreciate the picture he painted as he leaned against the wall with the pool cue in hand. She'd told him already that he was a good looking man. Whether he believed her or not was irrelevant.
"I don't really know all the rules," she admitted, shrugging, "but I'm pretty decent with the math." Once she'd racked the balls, she settled at the other side of the table and broke, accomplishing a good spread and even making two. The grin spread wide across her face as she shrugged again. "Maybe if you know what you're doing, you could teach me a few things."
Okay, so it was a little bit harder to reign in that flirtatious nature of hers than she thought it'd be. But she'd try harder as the night progressed. Plus, she really did want to learn the game. It seemed fun.
