The whole being attached to someone who irritated him on every level of his being had not been easy. Finn thought he had a decent amount of patience up until the boy spewed out judgements left and right about his friends as if they were fact. Spoiled bored brat had nothing better to do than talk about his world’s weird traditions. Any common ground they managed toward was always tainted. Finn had to repeat in his head over and over what master Luke had said to him just to get through the days. It was a blessing to be relieved of that attachment. In the end, though, he didn’t pity Regulus or hate him, he just came to the conclusion the boy put himself into a situation of loneliness. It was honestly a shock that Sabrina had found her way into his heart there were so many walls. There was a calming force in Master Luke that Finn sought after being returned to his normal day-to-day with Ben and Rey and the others. He had some questions about the Jedi traditions that he never really thought to ask and had not come up. Regulus seemed to believe - from what Anakin told him- that Jedi weren’t supposed to have romantic attachments. Finn had no comeback for that as he had not heard about it before. It wasn’t like the Jedi Order was some prevalent force in his time and a lot of what he did know came from a Sith point of view. Following his sense of where he felt Master Luke was, Finn smiled at the sight of the entirely too cute man. “Good morning, Master Luke.” |
