The things with dreams were, they could get so weird. They could have you thinking you were flying or even able to swim with the fishes while breathing underwater. They could have you thinking you were a gopher, or thing that your surroundings were all the different. It was easily the easiest explanation to why it felt like he was laying on a carpeted floor, because he surely wasn't doing that. He was surely in his own bed where he had fallen asleep cozy and comfy with his new roommate not far from him. Eames and himself finding common ground and all and all he liked his new roommate. Nuzzling in, he felt the carpet more clearly and he was coming to be more conscious of his surroundings. "Mrf" Octavio grumbled into the low carpet. He must have fallen from his bed like an idiot. Sitting up, he not even fully awake quite yet looked about. Eames must have done a bit of cleaning or something. Rising up further he pulled back the blanket and went to crawl in only to find his bed was filled with a woman. A couple ticks, and Octane's eyes went wide. This wasn't his room. "Dios mio!" He exclaimed loudly. "I'm sorry! I don't know why I'm here!" The boxer clad man stated as he turned to flee. "I promise I'm not a creeper! I'm leeeaving!" And with that he went to run away! Of course, Octane would have been incredibly successful if it wasn't for that pesky invisible tether he wasn't aware of. "Despite being full tilt running, he hit about that ten foot marker and it was as if the line went taunt and it easily took Octavio off his feet. Legs lunging forward and down Octane went with only a sound that represented how painful that was for him. Wincing as he rolled on his side, it felt like something tried removing his insides and making them his outsides. "Ugh.." He groaned. "Ouch..." He looked up to the woman who had to be awake at this point. |
