"Thank you for helping me deal with these problems. It'd be terrible if Klaus Mikaelson started to forget important details like that." He smirked. "Life is very boring if people aren't interested in those things. You're left with food and drinks, and even those can't be appreciated with age." He wouldn't deny that he enjoyed the feeding. "I'm more interested in sucking," he answered instead.
"No offense, but magic is the thing that makes everything complicated. Without magic, we'd have died long ago. Without magic, werewolves wouldn't exist. Without magic, this hotel wouldn't keep people trapped." Klaus only liked magic when he could use it to his advantage, but otherwise he preferred to stay away from it.
"Ask? Why didn't I think of that?" He rolled his eyes. "I did, and apparently you weren't paying attention. People are afraid, don't know why. Sabrina volunteered to try, but then she was turned into a werewolf, and a vampire's bite can be lethal to a werewolf, so I don't know if we should try that. She won't die, but it'll hurt like a bitch. So that won't work, unless you want me to ask you."
