Sirius clutched at his heart when Klaus didn't even play along, "Very young." He scoffed shaking his head. "I happen to be brilliant in far too many ways to specify, that's why this," He once again gestured to the whole of himself, "says it all." He wasn't being fully serious, but he certainly liked to play it up. And it felt good to find a little bit of normalcy in the face of something and someone decidedly not normal.
He wasn't entirely sure he believed that estimation of the influence of his family. Though he supposed he might not be quite so stubborn if not for his family. But that was hardly what made him who he was. "Maybe so." He shrugged. "Maybe we're not quite a tied as people would like us to believe we are." After all if they hadn't come here he'd have never seen any of his family again, how tied to them could he be if that was the case.
"If this hotel has nothing else going for it, the opportunity to see new things is pretty high on the list." He wasn't totally sold on everything else, but that wasn't important just yet. "So -" He started. "Blood bags then?" He wasn't really asking, but he was. "You're not like sinking your teeth into anyone around the hotel?"
