Pree gave his shoulder a squeeze. "So did I, honey." And yet Dieter was blind, but not him. Others had been dragged into some creepy underground maze (all mazes were creepy as far as Pree was concerned and underground ones counted double), but not the two of them. If there was any sense to what was going down, it escaped him.
