While Elektra seemed to contemplate her options, Neville relit his wand to help illuminate the space they shared. It wasn't a massive amount of light, but enough to encompass both of them and a few feet around them. A proper torch or jar he could put some flame in would have been better, but this wasn't bad.
He did his best to read her lips and seemed to get the idea. Find other people. He hadn't come across anyone else yet, but if they were both down here there were bound to be others too. He had questions, ones he didn't know if she would have answers to or not, but it didn't seem like the time to try and figure that all out. Not when he couldn't ask them out loud and the only ways she could answer would probably involve sitting in one place for a while.
He paused when she seemed like she was setting out again, and motioned to the wall he'd been sitting in front of and the mark he'd left on it. He pointed to the X, and then gestured across his neck, mouthing, dead end. He'd been leaving the marks for hours and, unless she already knew where she was going, he figured they might come back across some.
