Jamie laughed as he hugged her back. So they had something in common. "It's lovely to meet you as well." His laughter got even bigger. "Why thank you! You're pretty gorgeous for a grandmother. It's really good to meet you. So many stories about you and Grandpa, and now-" He supposed this place was good for something.
"Don't mention it. It's just sandwiches. We can have dinner some time soon," he said sitting down. "I enjoy cooking, especially now that I'm not training eight hours a day and I can eat more than grilled chicken." He was going to enjoy the time here even if he would end up forgetting it when he got home. "I figured that roast beef is something that most people like."
He took a bite and chewed before talking. "So who are you rooming with? Do you like the person?"
