"Oh yeah, so amazing." Peter agreed with a huff, but John was making him food so he wasn't going to complain too much. "Are you sure? Because the nude thing was pretty up there on my list of weird things from the last couple of days." And just as weird the miraculous return of their clothing, what had been the point? Would it happen again? Did Peter need to start working on some sort of invisibility device that he could use if it did happen again? All questions to be answered when he was a little more awake.
Peter listened while John laid out his case for why it ought to be a bad idea for someone like him to be a teacher. "I mean anyone can be a teacher, I don't think a conviction outright rules you out from something like that." He reasoned, especially because John didn't actually seem all that bad as far as Peter could tell. Oh he knew about Pyro, he had one at home too and he'd done a lot of bad shit, and maybe if they were back there this conversation would be going differently, but they were here. So you had to consider that.
"You have a unique perspective that others don't, which is always a good thing when it comes to teaching." He went on, "And, you don't shy away from saying things for what they are, I could see that being something you'd probably be pretty good at." He admitted, "It's not like we're going to be giving anyone diplomas here." This was hardly the makings of a real school, but it was something.
"What do you think of it though?" He asked, "I mean apart from the bit where you wonder if it's actually socially responsible or not." Because if John just hated the idea all together that was one thing, but if it was just because he thought he shouldn't be doing it? Well that was something else.
