"A.. mai tai," Jaskier repeated, carefully taking the glass from Wesley's hands and taking a sip. And oh, yes. It tasted much better than.. whatever blue monstrosity he'd been given earlier. It had been awfully sour. The bard hadn't even been able to finish it.
He took another heavy swallow of the mai tai before it dawned on him that he hadn't introduced himself. "Ah, sorry. Manners, right. I'm Jaskier. Pleasure to meet you." He nodded a little apology over the name slip-up. He was usually so good about these things. Being sociable was his forte. Perhaps his time at the Crown Plaza was making him sloppy.
"Hm? Oh, yeah. That's him," Jaskier confirmed with a dreamy sigh and a lovestuck look on his face. As if Wesley hadn't just described how terrifying his boyfriend could be. "Don't let him scare you. He's a soft, cuddly kitten underneath all that.. scary face." Well. Maybe for Jaskier and Ciri. Less so for most everyone else.. He cleared his throat, looking Wesley in the face. "Do you think they're okay? Everyone who isn't here?"
