There wasn't much Eddie could actually control in this place. But his morning routine was one of those things and that was probably why he clung to it so carefully. He woke up around the same time most days, he would brush his teeth and, if the hotel was somewhere safe, he ran, if it wasn't he swam. His shower and breakfast and most of the other things people did in the morning came after. The after didn't matter as much. It was the time before, when most of the hotel was still asleep, that he relied on.
He wasn't used to seeing people out at that time much, though it wasn't something that never happened, so seeing Audrey was a surprise but not worrying. He took his own headphones out and stuck them into the pocket of his joggers along with his phone as he approached the greenhouse. "Hey" he greet her, stepping inside. He wasn't sure if she had pulled him in because she needed him for something or just because she'd seen him and wanted to say hi. It didn't matter much, he would have followed either way.
