The baron listened with an almost unsettling amount of composure. The subject of murder wasn't something that was normally so openly talked about. Well, here at the Crown Plaza, it sort of was. People were brought to the hotel from all sorts of different backgrounds and social classes, but one thing had remained the same, for the most part: no one appeared to be overly sensitive about heavy subject matter.
Including death.
Zemo cocked his head to the side with interest, but decided not to push Will any further for details. In order for one to receive personal information, one had to give a little first. And right now, their conversation was unevenly balanced. So Zemo nodded, deciding it best to shed some more light on his own New York excursion.
"I had to.. handle an issue or two as well while I was in New York. Unfortunately, I was not entirely successful. Some of my.. problems were able to evade me. But I suppose the hotel's version of New York was designed to challenge us, wasn't it?" The baron took another drink.. Maybe too big of a drink, nearly leaving his glass empty. "Abigail was okay though, I take it? You were able to get her away from her father before anything could happen to her?"
