"Yes, as in Severus Snape, great potion master, blah blah. I'm sure you know more than I do since he died before I was even born," Jamie said with a shrug. So much about the war was like a family history, but at the end of the day, it was still history. He snorted at the question though. "I didn't sign you up, just like I didn't bring you here. The hotel brought you here and apparently the hotel decides when you leave."
Jamie chuckled. "Look, I get that you are all high and mighty, but the money doesn't impress me, since we've got plenty, and the name doesn't impress me, because let me know tell you something. The Potter is the most important there is, so you can drop the attitude, because I'm helping you just because we're friends with Scorpius, who happens to be your son. He isn't born until 2006. He happens to be Albus' best friend and I've dealt with him since he was eleven just because you couldn't get one without the other."
He turned and raised an eyebrow, maybe not as impressively as the Malfoys could, but who cared. "Seems to me that the only reason you got out of an extended stay in Azkaban and were able to have a child is because you were friends with my father, so save the act for someone who hasn't known you and your family for the past eleven years."
