Rey & Anakin
The tone of his voice at spotting the lightsaber at her waist was not missed. She didn't reach for it, although her fingers did twitch to do just that. After a moment, she did finally unlatch it and held it in both hands in front of her. "The basement of a bar in Takodana. I heard whispers calling me and when I followed them," she lifted the lightsaber. "This was tucked away in a dusty box."
She held it out. She'd done that once before. She'd expected Luke to take it back when he arrived, but he had a different lightsaber on him now. Anakin had a different one on him as well, but she wouldn't keep the one she found if he wished to reclaim it. "When Ben first saw it, he tried to claim it as his own." The unspoken implication was that it had chosen her over the man who had been born a Skywalker. She wondered if he knew about the whole Kylo Ren thing, but wouldn't ask if it wasn't brought up.
