Johnny's tone dripped with his usual snark and sarcasm, even though with Nebula, he should have known better than to expect her to understand. She tended to be very literal, though not nearly so much as Drax or Mantis. Johnny didn't even bring a bag, assuming it would just get in his way. Instead, he figured they could find what they needed in the city proper, especially if it was as beat to shit as it sounded. Truthfully, he hadn't been out yet, knowing what waited for him out there if his guess was right, but the limited survival training he'd taken for that one Vietnam movie from about eight or nine years ago would work now.
He still resented winning a Razzie for that one. That training better not have been bullshit.
Johnny fell into line with Nebula as they started their journey. He had no idea where they were in the city, given he was an L.A. native and they were on the wrong coast for his liking. "So," He inclined his head toward Nebula when they weren't far outside. "Where would you start looking, based on what you've seen so far?"
