Nebula turned out to be stronger than Clark imagined she'd be, so they made quick work of the cars in their way as they continued through the maze, "I think that's a part of his game, the jokes he tells are for his own amusement and no one elses." At least to hear Bruce tell it. But Clark had never come up against the Riddler himself so he couldn't say for certain. "I think you're right though we should be able to handle this easily enough."
The maze proved to be simple enough, made easier of course by their strength and his ability to detect the traps before they were sprung. Clark was relieved at least that no one without their enhancements had wandered into this maze before now. He doubted a normal person would have such an easy time of it.
Another riddle of course meant some other threat, and he sighed shaking his head. "You're not wrong." He'd halfway been expecting another car to fall straight into their path again, but instead this one was coming toward them, as if there was someone behind the wheel driving straight at them. There were two options he could pick Nebula up and move them both easily out of the away - but he knew how well that could go over at times. And second - the option he chose.
Clark put himself in front of the truck, both hands out against the bumper and forcing it to stop just ahead of where it would have run them down. He sighed after he felt certain the vehicle could go no further.
"I think it might be time to consider a more direct path through the maze." Rather than waiting for new riddles that attempted to harm them. "Would it be okay if I flew you though the rest of the maze toward the center?" He asked her. "Or we could just move these cars out of our way and continue on foot. But these riddles will not get any better the further we go."
