That wasn't something Clark had considered before now, at home most things one needed could be found through various means. Here though, they were limited to whatever they could find at the hotel and he supposed anything interesting they found in worlds like this. Maybe he'd find someone he could talk to who knew more about creating things like a communication system to see what things he should keep an eye out for when he wasn't so worried about keeping others alive to the best of his ability.
It didn't immediately click for Clark reading the words on the bus and then the car a moment later, but when Nebula asked him what it was he suddenly realized. "Oh I think -" He began looking between the bus and the punchline. "I think I know who is responsible for this." He said finally, normally he stayed in Gotham, he'd heard Bruce talk about him once before, a man who dealt in riddles, tricks, and traps to try and best Batman.
"I think it's only truly funny to one person." Clark said shaking his head, "This might be someone from my world." He told her, "But I've never come up against him before." If he was anything like the Riddler Bruce had told him about though then when they did finally reach him Clark was confident they'd be able to deal with him easily enough. Unlike so many of the larger foes that were wandering through the city. "He might have someone helping him though, from what I've been told he doesn't have any special powers that would have allowed him to create all of this." He waved to the maze they were in the middle of currently. "We'll have to remain aware." He said as he lifted the car from their path and moving it out of their way as if it weighed nothing at all.
