Of course she had. Outside of the few chaste kisses they’d shared, and leaving any romantic feelings at the door, Thor was her friend. Rapidly becoming her closest friend here, and perhaps her closest friend ever, outside the island of her birth. Diana had not told him everything there was to know about herself yet, of course, but what she had told him had been nothing but the truth, and he had accepted her without complaint. It had created a bond, and so much the better that they shared so many interests and such a similar worldview. So when she’d whispered with him to ask him to breakfast, it had seemed like the logical next step of having woken up with him to begin with.
Diana did bear in mind though that she had not known Thor for long, and it would be wise to continue bearing that in mind. Still, a few kisses was hardly anything to get worked up about, and so Diana wasn’t. “Of course,” she said softly, and took a sip of the tea she’d gotten herself. It was just a tea bag and hot water, after all. “I was with you.” Her tone implied that she had simply accepted that Thor helped her sleep better, in the same way she accepted that grass was green.
There was not much to discuss, at the moment, and so Diana took a few bites of food while they both woke up.
