Clark huffed softly and nodded as she reminded him of the Amazon's purpose, she certainly had learned well from them in her time with them before she'd set out on her own. "Well I'm working on it," He agreed, he'd come across at least one other person who knew him, maybe two - and then there was the one who he shared a face with but was not himself. That had been the strangest thing so far - he'd seen other versions of himself but never one that wasn't actually him. "I think I'll get there eventually, but you might always have me beat in this area." Which didn't bother Clark in the slightest.
"I talked with Natasha a little, offered to help with the patrol," He nodded as Diana listed off a few of those she knew, "And Dick - he knows me, or some version of myself." He amended, which meant that he and Diana were from a similar worlds if not the same one if from different times. "I guess that means it's only a matter of time before you and I meet back home." He grinned, finding that to be the kind of news that he was very glad to have learned, Diana was a good person, and someone Clark was certain could be depended upon when it came down to it. Knowing her would be the kind of thing that he'd be extremely grateful for back home.
As for Thor, well Clark hadn't met him yet - either here or in his own world. But Diana seemed to have bonded with him already, and Clark thought that was likely a good thing. She was something like a god after all, she should know another.
"That little bit of information does make it easier to open up here, I'll admit." Clark said with a soft laugh of the realization that even if the people here knew him as both Clark Kent and Kal-El they wouldn't remember it to share the news when they got back. It was something of a relief not to have to be constantly aware of that bit at least. "I guess this is really just a sort of.... pit stop," He said shaking his head as he circled the rink, "Just a momentary break from our lives before we're plunged back into it again." Which seemed strange, what was the purpose of all of this if they wouldn't remember it when they went back again? Why bring them here and why have them meet others from across the multiverse only to take all of these experiences away when it was over.
It felt like some sort of test perhaps. Maybe that was the point, to see their reactions, maybe it was trying to find one specific person in the whole of the multiverse, going one at a time as they arrived and were sent back again. Clark wasn't sure who had that kind of power though.
