Diana was turning out to be not only an excellent neighbor, but a good friend too - and considering the fears Clark still had weighing on him he was glad for at least one person here who he could talk to without fear of saying the wrong thing. He and Diana had a lot in common in many ways and Clark was glad to know her. Particularly as she encouraged him to reach out more and to have some fun while he was at it.
Clark didn't think he was too far behind Diana as he made his way down to the roller rink, pleased to find it all decked out, it reminded him of the one in Smallville, maybe a little nicer than that one at least, but it maintained the fond memories all the same. "Hi," He grinned as he approached her where she was looking at the skates no doubt trying to find a pair to fit.
"I don't think I even realized we had something like this here," He admitted as he joined her in looking over the skates to find a pair for himself. "It's been a long time since I've done this." He added with a soft laugh, "It was - very nearly a bad time when I was younger." He chuckled at the memory, "Before I announced myself to the world I did my best to hide what I was from everyone, so you can imagine what something like this could be like."
