Here recently I’ve been more used to winning bank robberies and purse snatchings, so perhaps it is only that this feels more meaningful. But I would do well to remember that some people have been here long enough to establish a life of sorts, and “winning” this adventure may cost them that. It is not a thread I should pull on lightly.
I have not been, in fairness. Simply asking questions and meeting new people, so I do not think I would have disrupted anything thus far. Kal did fly up and test the barrier, but I suspect he would’ve done that without my involvement. He is called Superman in his world, and I believe it lends itself to the hero type quite well.
Natasha with the security patrol? I offered to help out if needed, and we had a drink the other night. I am pleased to find she can be trusted as I thought. And Tony as well.
I am somewhat surprised at how kind the people here have been, if I’m honest.
