When Thor went back to his room, he found a simple black t-shirt, about two sizes too small, laid out next to a pair of faded old jeans. It was a simple look, classic among the people of Earth, and it was easy to change into without waking his roommate. Thor slipped the outfit on, grabbed his boots with it, then made his way back out and down the hall to the dining room. Being on the first floor had it's advantages, after all.
All told, he'd needed six minutes, which meant he'd been standing there for about one when Diana showed up, looking absolutely good enough to eat. His eyes followed her as she closed the gap between them and when she spoke, he answered in kind, tone a bit far off as he got in his head again for a moment.
"Hello." He said simply, grinning bright. The thought had never occurred to him that she might vanish, or that one or the other wouldn't come back. Instead, they just were. Walking in together, his hand brushed past hers, but didn't linger. They had food to get after all, and Thor ended up with two slabs of ham steak, a pile of eggs, and some sausage and bacon to complete his breakfast.
"Is Pita supposed to be something different where you're from?" He asked curiously as she remarked on her food.
