Thor felt warm. Not from the air in the room, with the hot tub on full blast, or the heated pool. It was all him, his reaction and his body. He felt awkward, intrusive and... alive. Again. Diana had a way of bringing that spark of life back to him when few other things could. Her chastising, almost motherly tone when she helped him up almost made him laugh, but did get him to smile. When he fell into her, Thor let out a little oof sound, having a moment of panic as he looked down to check the placement of his hands.
They were safely in the curves where Diana's hips and oblique muscles met. Nothing out of line, but damn did she feel good. He let go quickly, not allowing himself to even think in those terms. She took the initiative to walk away anyway, and when she asked, he followed.
"I don't sleep much anymore, but last night was... tougher than some others. To be honest, I thought I'd be alone here, but I'm glad I found you." He told her all this as he sank down next to her, legs in the water and head inclined toward her. Thor was careful to keep his eyes locked on hers and for a moment, forgot what he wanted to say as a result.
