Thor hardly knew what happened as the ground left him, hitting his head hard off the floor, but not enough to do any real damage. A knock to the head from a slip and fall would never be enough to kill him, or even hurt him. The way Diana moved didn't leave him much time to react, though, and she was at his side before he knew what she was doing. He glanced up and from the position he was in, saw nothing but her chest. It took conscious effort to angle his head further up and look at her face, his own now brightly reddened by the sight.
"I'm fine." He assured her, offering a smile. "Sorry to interrupt your relaxation."
It took him a second more to sit up, just because he didn't want to break contact with her, but he knew it was for the best. The kiss last night had to be a dream, right? Some trick of the hotel or the ghosts? But then, what lover had he ever had who'd died? Not Jane, not Sif, and not the Valkyrie, though Valkyrie could hardly be called that. Even Sif fell into a gray area where they simply scratched each other's itch for decades.
Sitting up, Thor tried to push up to his feet and found the slick floor wasn't helping that. Diana's extended hand was probably his best option and Thor did his best to ignore how good her skin felt as he let her help him. "Trouble sleeping again?"
