"Some of them won't want to be met, or helped," Natasha pointed out - not that she thought that would stop someone like Diana. When she occasionally came across them herself, she gave them their space, but was ready to step in if needed. It had always been difficult for Natasha to make very meaningful connections with people, and it had taken her years to count the rest of the Avengers as her family, but in a lot of ways she'd changed. And maybe the past five years was a part of that.
"As for this place, it's not easy for most people to adjust to. There's more uncertainty than they tend to have in their lives, and having a limited space...well. Everyone goes stir crazy after a while." Which generally seemed to be when someone would find a new room, or come up with some idea - or got a group together for a bonfire or dinner. "Most adapt to it, eventually."
If Diana asked about the people and who wanted to stay or go, Natasha would have counted herself as one of the former - after all, she was one of those who didn't have anything to return to in her own world, aside from death. Here, she at least had connections, even new ones...like Constantine. Speaking of, Diana's reply coaxed a smile from Natasha and she nodded. "That he is, when he wants to. As for keeping yourself busy, I'd recommend taking some time to just stop and be here - at least once. If you keep going, you'll wear yourself out eventually." It had almost happened to her, in fact.
Natasha's keen gaze caught on to the change in Diana at the mention of Thor, and she was pleased to have guessed correctly. "That he is. I've known him for years, and he's a good friend," she said easily - though there was the barest hint of warning under her words as well, the kind of warning that said she'd hurt anyone who deliberately hurt Thor. She'd do the same for any of her friends. "In fact, he's more family than anything, I'd say."
