Peter grinned when Diana agreed that they might in time talk about other games and even sports - though Peter would admit that maybe actual sports were not exactly his thing. Between living in a city like New York and all his Spidering he'd never had a lot of time for them. But he might be pretty good at them given the enhanced senses, it could be fun to try at least.
In any case they were getting into the foosball pretty well the little players doing their best to defend the goals and hit the ball into the the little holes at either end. "Hey look at that! Now I won't feel like I totally crushed you when I win," he teased laughing, it had been a long time since he'd done anything like this. He'd spent too long feeling sorry for himself, too long caught up in everything that had gone wrong in his life and not nearly enough focusing on the good and fun that was still there. Maybe he could remind himself of that while he was here.
"Do video games count?" he asked with a laugh, "I mean I've played the way you do when you're just goofing off at a few different things, but I've never really had the time to really get into sports the way some people to." So much of Peter's life had been thrown off course once he'd been bitten by that spider, things that others were doing at his age became the sort of things he had to blow off until suddenly he was grown and that sort of thing wasn't much of an option anymore.
