The comment about Matt being one of her devotees made Elektra smile, albeit reluctantly. It was so close to blasphemy that she was flattered Matt would even go there. Maybe she had left her mark on him after all. Maybe that wasn't such a bad thing.
As soon as the thought materialized, she willed it away. That way lay only danger - and suffering, for Matt and his friends. And probably everyone else in this place, if she couldn't get what she wanted.
