"Okay," she said quietly, determined to stay here with him for the time being. "We can just sit here together, then." Karen didn't mind sitting in one place for a while, and the fact that she had Matt for company made it even easier to bear - both because he was a close friend and since she knew he'd hear any threat that might approach. Or at least - any living threat. If there really were ghosts around that were haunting people, Karen wasn't sure if he'd really perceive them in the same way.
And considering who might show up - whether it was Kevin or Ben or James Wesley - she didn't really want to run into any herself, so staying in one place was a good option to go with.
And since it seemed like he wanted to process instead of talk, she figured he was owed that, for now. Karen would just have to make sure that Matt didn't fall back into old, bad habits, and she thought she and Foggy were up to the task.
