Hearing her name, coupled with the familiar voice, her head jerked up in the direction of where Bucky was standing. He just said her name. He'd just said her name and the feeling that swelled in her was almost overwhelming. On the one hand, she felt silly for having such a strong reaction. He could've just seen her name on forums and put two and two together or talked to Tony or Steve about her, even though there was no reason for any of that. On the other hand, she was just elated at the idea of one of the good friends she made actually remembered her.
It almost made her forget that they were surrounded by crazy raptors, even as the awning yielded under his weight. "Bucky?"
If they weren't in a battle situation, she would've thrown her arms around him in a hug, whether he was ready for it or not. "I can do it again. I can even focus it," even though she was slightly distracted by the familiarity with the man next to her, the shifting weight of the awning, and the number of raptors that were enclosing on them. "I blast and we make our way toward the portal?" she suggested, before moving her arm in front of him to make sure he was not in the way and blasting a beam (not nearly as strong without the suit) from her chest to knock back a few of the dinos causing the rest to fall back.
