The entire experience so far had been nothing less than strange and wonderful. Each creature they passed was bigger than the last. Finn's eyes could not take in enough of the exhibits to catch everything the first go, which meant they might have to go through again. Casual chocolates being passed from Kylo kept Finn in good humour and not thinking too hard about the hows, whos or whats. The rolling exterior of the ball reminded him of home in a lightly euphoric kind of way.
Nose as close to the window as possible, he stared at the giant creatures. Of all the creatures on all the planets he had witnessed there were a fair few that would put the dinosaurs- as they called them- to shame and some that might have been amongst the same lineage if they weren't galaxies away from their own. When the herds came into view, he smiled. There was something about herd animals that was comforting. Something deep inside him either trained to see a group as the only comfort he was allowed or even deeper that witnessed the connections between each. Herds had something more tangible than most.
"They look like they could be from our galaxy," he smirked. "Can you imagine riding on one of those?"
