Bucky would never get tired of hearing Steve say I-love-you. He would encourage those words from his boyfriend's mouth as often as possible. But Steve didn't have to say them in order for Bucky to feel them. It was in every gesture, every smile, every little touch. He knew Steve wouldn't judge him if he broke down or think less of him. But Bucky knew he'd judge himself. One day, maybe he'd be able to get over that.
"Let's go 'nother round." Bucky slipped his ankle around Steve's and tangled their legs together. If he relaxed any further, he would end up in Steve's lap. "Rollercoasters are old hat anyway." Maybe after, they could try the ferris wheel and more of whatever crazy sugar concotions this place had. For now, Bucky wanted to savor this rare moment.
