"Sorry," Luke said of his own story, ducking his head down a little. "I know it's a lot. Believe me. In any case, he's here. Although from a time before he turned. So... it's interesting."
He paused, turning his gaze toward that helmet, silver shine and dark. He knew the face behind it and could probably guess as to the expression he had on. "I'm sorry," he said, because he was, and it was obvious he was through tone and expression both. "But I'm glad someone was there for you, too. Being alone always hurts the most."
