At least Luke didn't know Ahsokah, that went a step further to assure him that she too didn't know Luke - but it was pointless to wonder much more than that he knew. He took a breath instead, exhaling the past. They had found Luke after all, gotten Grogu to him and now here they were in this place where none of that seemed to matter, at least not right now. Maybe in time.
Luke's answering smile was small, not the sunny thing that he'd been given earlier, but even that was something that Din could stand to see more of, getting to know Luke felt like a good thing, the first good thing that he'd had in a while. He listened while Luke explained about the others he trained, once three, now two with Grogu gone. The dramatic relationship was interesting, Din thought that he'd much prefer to do the same as Luke and watch that from a distance.
Of course then Luke added that his parents were there too, and Din raised an eyebrow beneath the helmet. "Jedi have parents?" He asked, as if they simply sprung into being without parents, though he knew that was foolish even as he said it.
