Maybe coming up behind Finn had been a bad idea. But as far as weapons went, that stick wasn't doing much damage.
Ben winced as the stick hit his bare shoulder. He hadn't bothered to block the attack. It was a tree branch. The worst he'd get was a splinter. But he did feel guilty for giving the former Stormtrooper the shock of the morning. Well, second shock. These rabid-looking pests popping out of everywhere were probably not what Finn was expecting on his first go-round here at the hotel.
"Ow," he swatted at the stick and pushed it away. "A little jumpy, I see."
He glanced around. The bushes Finn had been stalking toward were rustling but nothing was popping out at them yet. Ben lifted an eyebrow and looked back to Finn, trying very hard not to look amused. "Fulfilled your vengeance yet?"
