If there was one thing that Caleb was truly enthusiastic about in life, it was magic. He had always been extremely confident in his abilities and it had existed for him both as a subject to pour all of himself into and as a wall to safely protect himself from everything - and, usually, everyone - else. But that had flagged a bit since he got here. And he'd always been a little bashful about the Tower anyhow. It was truly and utterly a part of him. It was as if the threads of his imagination and creativity had been spun together to create a perfect picture of the inside of his mind. But he'd let too many people into that space lately. It felt almost grounding to have Caduceus alone inside of it.
"Neither," Caleb smirked, his bright eyes shining with excitement at last. He pulled Caduceus into the center ring and said auf, even though he'd only needed to think it. The eye above them opened and they gently floated up to the second level, where Caleb stepped off the platform and towards one of the sets of sliding doors. Last time they were here this had been a hot tub and that was the basic idea behind what Caleb had done with it. But with a twist.
He slid open the doors to reveal the Blooming Grove and, more specifically, one of the hot springs within it. The smell of damp earth saturated the space, with plants and flowers climbing up the walls and covering the floor. Set on a rock at the edge near the hot spring was a teapot much like the one Caduceus had but made from a deep blue cobalt. Next to that was a small basket and, next to that, two fluffy white towels. Caleb looked absolutely pleased with himself as he stepped inside and ushered Caduceus in. "You'll have to let me know how good my memory is," he said. "Though I made a few tiny adjustments." And the best part was that the room would simply revert to its normal state the moment they left the Tower, so it didn't really matter what they did inside.
