It was a nice offer, and she might have to take him up on it in the future just because she didn't like being a total nuisance to one specific person all the time. If she spread it out a little then it wasn't inconvenient for anyone. And he seemed to have similar thoughts. She also had a roommate, though, and Joey actually seemed to enjoy it when she crawled into his bed with him. It was only when she woke up in those weird moments of the early morning when sensible people might also be waking up that she made her way down the hall and tap-tapped on someone else's door. She could get an hour or so of cuddles and then maybe pout at someone until they made her coffee. But if he didn't mind, she didn't either, and knowing that he had the same issue she did actually made it a little more comfortable. She may still hesitate giving detail about the nightmares and what they contained but, hell, they might get to that place too.
She snorted at the hot girl summer comment and started slowly shifting towards the wall he was leaning on. "It's a rap song," she said. "I assure you that it is both very fitting and very funny. I will say though that the reference point is a bit more no strings attached than I think either of us like. Some strings. The ones that really matter."
Audrey crossed her arms across the edge of the pool next to Eddie and rested her chin on top of them. "Not to digress or anything," she added, "but… what are you manifesting? What desire did you put out there to draw all of this in? Cause I have a thought about that and I want to see if I'm right. If I'm wrong, I'll probably only be a little bit bummed. Like a tiny bit. But if I'm right then I think things could get a lot more interesting."
