Salim had already thanked Eddie, but he'd thank him again and would likely do it a thousand more times before the night was over. Just because he'd lost his faith and a piece of his humanity, he still hadn't lost his manners. That, and being able to trust people had suddenly become something of a rarity and he needed Eddie to know that despite how moody he was that evening, he appreciated the company.
He'd sit on the edge of the first bed he came to, crossing his arms and looking up at the other man. "Tell me, Eddie, what do you do when you are upset? I know some simply distract themselves while others drown their sorrows in alcohol. I admit, I have never consumed alcohol in my life. But I am considering it."
