Eddie listened carefully. He had never been a researcher like Mike or Ben, and he didn't sort and categorize the way Stan did, so he took it in more like a story. He may not remember every bit, all of the designations or types that J'mon listed, but he'd remember the parts that related to them, the idea in general. And he would pick up the rest again later, as he heard them again. He sipped his tea as J'mon spoke but eventually set it down beside theirs on the table, favoring instead, to rest one of his hands on J'mon's leg where it touched his, idly toying with the fabric that covered it.
"Do you chose how you look?" he asked when they were finished. There were other questions that would come up, but that was where he'd focused for now. Mostly because that was the piece he could see himself. He'd experienced the sleep cloud as well, but most of his questions there had been answered already.
