WHO: Audrey Jensen and Clint Barton
WHAT: Cupid aint got nothing on Hawkeye
WHEN: Feb 14th, morning
WHERE: Clint's Room
STATUS: In-Progress, Closed
WARNING: Uh. Sex.
Audrey wasn't entirely sure that she hadn't gone back to her own room the night before. It was, at the very least, a possibility that at some point she had snuck back in there and dropped face-first on the bed. Which was more or less how she'd woken up, still in the same lacy red dress she'd worn on her date the night before. Being stuck within the confines of the hotel had narrowed their options a bit, but it wasn't like she was so high-maintenance she couldn't be completely satisfied by hanging out, eating some food, watching some movies, and fooling around for a bit. It had been chill, and she liked that. Which was why it was so weird that she woke up this morning feeling... well, there was no polite way of putting it. She felt like she hadn't had human contact in years. She rolled over onto her back, kicked the blankets, and glanced briefly over at Joey to make sure he was still asleep. That was when she saw the basket on the nightstand. A basket that was not hers and had not been there the night before. She pulled out her phone for light and leaned over to inspect it, raising an eyebrow at the fascinating array of lube, condoms, and sex toys. Oh, so that was how the hotel was going to play it. As genre-savvy as she was, she hadn't seen sex pollen coming. Probably should have. But what else was she supposed to do about it but roll with it? She just barely managed to get up, shower, and put on fresh clothes without feeling like she was going to lose it. And then she was out the door and winding her way down to the first floor and Clint's room. She figured she had a fifty-fifty chance of Kate being in the room and already had a small list of places they could go instead. There was the billiards room, the laundry room, the theater. All options that might be free this early in the morning when people might still be banging in their own beds. For some reason, she paused outside of Clint's room. She didn't really want to be that person who woke a guy up at nine in the morning the day after a date, but... maybe he wouldn't mind, if was similarly afflicted. She finally raised a hand and knocked, hard, on the door. A rhythmic tat-a-tat-tat that was kind of her signature knock now. So he knew it was her and not some random weirdo - just a specific weirdo. Then she straightened her t-shirt and double-checked that she hadn't put her leggings on inside-out, and waited. |
