It was for the best, really, that Harley ran off to get them more drinks because Ivy wasn't nearly drunk enough to do what briefly ran through her head after that hug.
It was fine. Good even that she'd gotten at least one thing off of her chest and she loved Harley more than a little for being here to listen and to keep the drinks going and the mood up.
Sometimes, Ivy was pretty sure she wasn't quite as good a friend as Harley, not in a traditional way. She would always be there if there were trouble and she'd offer advice but she wasn't... outgoing, sometimes. She'd try to rectify that.
"Hey," she said once Harley returned with the drinks. "When we're done here, how do you feel about robbing a bank?"
