Of course she hadn't seen outside -- Ivy didn't sit around longingly looking out windows. Most of the time she was either looking after or plants or laying around listlessly wishing there was proper wifi and internet. It was awfully hard to feel like she had any kind of cause to be working at when she was stuck in a tiny place where the worst eco offense was some himbo cutting flowers to give to his crush or whatever the fuck.
Valentine's Day was going to be insufferable.
Anyway.
She already had pants on, and like the predictable woman she was, Ivy always came when Harley called. She was exactly the sort of friend to just leave texts on read though, and so she was zipping her coat up even as she tromped down the stairs to meet Harley. "What's up?" She called out. "If it's another wild animal scenario, I'm not going out there."
