Louis was relieved to see that Lissa was alright, wrapping her in a tight hug as well. Lissa was the only other person that Louis had gotten close to, as he typically kept to himself or at Lestat's side. He was happy to see Lissa.
"Thank God, you're here. Are you alright?"
He motioned her to follow him, showing her the gathered wood for the bonfire he was attempting to make. He had also carved a handle for a scythe, but still in search of something to be the 'blade' attachment for it.
"You're right... we're a bit out of luck without the bags. I doubt any of the mortal residents of the hotel would be willing to donate their blood. I also doubt that if we catch a bug, their blood would be suitable. And we want to kill them before they try to kill us."
Louis fumbled with the pieces of wood, hoping he could create a fire.
"I also have spare wood to make torches. Should definitely come in handy."
