"I don't know about being a Jedi. I can't move things with my mind. All that psychic stuff only comes natural to witches where I come from. But I guess they're like the wizards then. I'm learning from someone who wasn't born with power, but was taught to access it." If she ever advanced far enough, there would be things she could do that Jedi could only dream of. Sadly, she wasn't fully aware of that now.
Daphne slowly started to pull things out of the pantry for Din to put into the bag. She had noticed that he hadn't really picked anything out himself and wondered if that was something she'd have to explain to him later when they weren't in a world where everything was going to try and kill them. She really missed Tortuga around now, even though the location brought a pang of loss in her gut.
"I thought it'd help if I could do something more?" She said with a shrug of her shoulder as she dropped a few boxes of macaroni elbows in the bag. "I'm pretty easy to squish as is, but now I'm learning things like shield spells. It's still hard to hold them, though." It had been frustrating, but she refused to give up.
"By the way," she said turning to him and looking up at the slotted helmet, "now that I know you're not a crazy person trying to murder me, this is a good look for you." She had no idea where his eyes were, but just like with the scarf, the whole masked thing really worked for her. "It's a shame you didn't have it before. It's really hot."
