It had been a strange few days, not least of which was the discovery of the kid next door that looked so very much like his son. Noah wondered what other surprises lay ahead of them in this decidedly odd hotel. He knew it was time to explore. The better he knew the layout of this place the more prepared he'd be.
Perhaps it wasn't a huge surprise that he eventually ended up in the bar. Noah gave himself a stern talking to as he spotted a guy there already drinking. He would have a beer, maybe a chaser, but that was it. He didn't need to repeat his indulgences here. Not when he had so many of his friends and family in the building.
As he stepped closer to the man and heard him talking he felt a shiver of...something. A slight disturbance in the atmosphere that told him there was something other going on. It was a feeling he'd come to rely on back in Beacon Hills and he suspected that sixth sense would be needed here too.
"You alright buddy?" Noah asked as he narrowed his eyebrows and looked at the man drinking. He looked as though he was struggling with something, though what Noah couldn't guess. "Kinda freaky, this place, huh?" he said as he sat down next to him and gave him a reassuring smile. "If you wanna be alone, just say, I can head out," he offered, just in case he was intruding.
