Reyux
Hux was extremely relieved when he found Rey smiling. First kisses were always just a tiny bit scary. While they provided a delightful rush of adrenaline, there was always a hint of uncertainty and reluctance about them. A fear that it might not be perfect, that something might go wrong. Second kisses were bolder, less unnerving. Hux was far more certain of himself as he leaned in after Rey's lighthearted retort, giving her yet another physical answer.
There was no pause, no doubt. Just warmth between them. Hux didn't even feel awkward that they had stopped moving entirely and were just blatantly, publicly kissing in the middle of the dance floor. Anyone who didn't like it could just go around them for all he cared.
He wouldn't dip her when he leaned away this time. He'd just keep his arms wrapped around her, his fingers gently caressing her back. "I'll give you as many as you need until I've successfully persuaded you."
