Natasha Romanoff | OTA
Natasha had nearly skipped the party. After the last several months, ringing in a new year seemed almost ridiculous in comparison, particularly since the last several years had been pretty shitty all around; but at the last minute she opted to attend anyway, if only to put in an appearance.
She'd taken her own patrol of the island first before heading for her room to get ready and tugging out the dress she'd purchased from one of the stores in the mall. It suited her perfectly - sexy elegance, not too flashy, and not too difficult to fight in should the need arise. Her hair she'd left long and loose in simple waves that by now were past her shoulders and reminded her vaguely of considering a haircut soon.
When she finally reached the party, it was in full swing - which she preferred since she wasn't really in the mood to talk to anyone just yet. Jade eyes gave an idle scan of the area, before she made her way to the drinks and got a large glass of wine for herself. Once that was in hand, Natasha moved to the edges of the crowd until she reached the far end of the docks, and she stood near the edge as she sipped her wine, turning her gaze outwards to the sea and the distant barrier that kept them trapped.
