"That's true. It's a good thing that I don't want to throw it at you." He would rather throw it out of the window just so Donny would stop torturing herself with it. "Maybe, but it took your mind off of the evil book, didn't it?" he asked with a smile.
He shook his head. "Nah, there's nothing going on out there." And he hoped it stayed that way. They didn't need anything coming after them like the killer turkeys for Thanksgiving. Then again, this could be the calm before the storm. Who knew what this place had in store for them once the New Year hit.
He kicked off his shoes and moved over a little more so he could warm up next to Donny. "Someone did build a snowman who is doing a headstand out there. But other than that, it's just cold and white out there."
