The aquarium was quite lovely, and certainly not something Killian expected to see at a mall, of all places. Granted, he didn't know much about malls, but they seemed kind of like a relic of the past in an era where online shopping was more convenient - if you counted 'the past' as the 1990s, all bubblegum pop music and neon plastic jewelry. That was the image a mall inspired, not fish - but he'd taken a tour with Sabrina when they first got here and she showed him some of her favorite shops and foods.
Bollocks, the Korean fried chicken - Bonchon - had been nothing short of spectacular. Killian could eat that every night, no doubt.
But the aquarium was nice too, lots of exhibits to peruse - jellyfishes and starfishes and toothy brutes, sharks gliding around in the blue. "Aye, seems there are," Killian said, checking the map he'd picked up. Perhaps Stanley's meticulousness was rubbing off on him, or he just liked cartography - both? "In the...Rainbow Reef," he read. "We've just got to go further along in the tunnel. Do you like turtles, love? I caught one before, when we were on the island. Gave it to Jinn though, in exchange for him letting me use his tools."
