Stan nodded, like he got it. And -- well. He didn't, not really. But he had a pretty decent imagination and he was pretty sure he got the concept of liking something that he shouldn't, because it made him feel good or powerful or safer in his own skin, somehow. Power was an addiction, like anything else and it was hard to quit an addiction when it made you feel good.
