"I've learned a lot, but not nearly enough," she admitted with a frown. Her chin was now resting on his chest as she looked up at him. "There were others here, and they get...sent home they call it. Some disappear for hours and return having lived more of their life." It might have seemed selfish, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to return home just yet. This place could possibly provide the reprieve they needed after their spectacular failure.
